The Biker Down course is a free, 3-hour nationwide road safety program run by fire and rescue services across the UK. It teaches motorcyclists essential life-saving skills, how to manage an accident scene safely, and how to deliver immediate first aid until emergency services arrive.
Course Modules
Incident Scene Management: How to safely secure a crash site and protect yourself and others.
Immediate Emergency Aid: Practical training on basic life support, CPR, catastrophic bleeding management, and safe helmet removal.
The Science of Being Seen: Insights into driver psychology, visibility, and how to reduce your risk on the road.
